The individual will report to the Deputy Food and Beverage Manager and will be responsible for the efficent operation of our Food and Beverage Department and it's team. A huge focus of this role will be food and offering high quality service to our customers.
The candidate
Proven track record in a food service supervisory role in a 4 or 5* hotel (2-3 years)
An ambitous individual with excellent customer service skills
Excellent people management and training skills
Permission to work in Ireland on a full time basis
A desire to progress within our hotel group
