A Temple Bar Based pub is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to oversee the day to day running of its busy premises

- At least two years experience in a busy bar / hospitality environment

- Skilled in food service proceedures, this involves more than writing down an order, it means have banqueting or other high volume food service experience ( not take away experience)

- Have an ability to manage and motivate staff (you will prepare weekly rosters)

- Be an excellent bar person as this jobs involves you working behind the bar as well as running it

- Manage a music programme and liase with music programmers to ensure a quality experience for the customer

- Be an excellent host / hostess

- Have excellent communication skills as you will be the public face of the organisation

 

The chosen canditate will be energetic, flexible ( as you will work nights and weekends) and ambitious.

 

This is not an office based job, it is purely hands on
